 Behaviorism

Behaviourism theory is a theory used in the learning process and is based on the fact that learning takes place through interacting with the environment. It states that the environment in which someone grows shapes their behaviours and says that there is very little influence of the inherited or innate traits. One of the most common examples of this theory is positive reinforcement. For example, if a student hits the target that their teacher sets for them in an exam and is rewarded, they will continue working harder in their studies to be awarded again in the subsequent exams (Syawaludin & Marmoah, 2018).
I believe that behaviorism as a theory works towards shaping desirable and acceptable behavior. Teachers can enhance the achievement of these behaviors by taking part in various ways. For example, upon the student entering a class, he should greet his classmates and the teacher. This will promote his level of respect and build harmony and camaraderie in that class. Establishing positive behaviors among the students may also be attained through teaching the students to always ask for permission whenever going out of the class. This will result in the development of desirable behavior and enhancement of safety among students’ learning.

Teaching and learning

Teaching involves giving knowledge and lessons on a particular concept and subject matter to a target group of learners whereas learning involves gaining knowledge by studying or by being taught and through experience in a directed field of study. The learning and teaching process involves teacher’s perception of professional development needs, barriers, impact and duration in relation to their interest, age and gender on how they perceive learners.

In the education sector, teachers are teaching and the most important process is learning where they are equipped with the intended skill and knowledge. Learning is about change that is brought about by developing a new skill, understanding laws and changing attitude which is not really incidental rather permanent change which is being brought intentionally.

Teaching is put in place and is set to support the internal process of learning outside the learner. Professional development of a teacher in teaching requires commitment and dire urge to learn so as to deliver by being up-to-date with the changing dynamics of the world, practices and the students’ needs. Teachers should assimilate what’s emerging in the society to what used to happen and shape the students towards distinguishing what’s wrong and what’s right. Due to the improvement in the technology and globalization, the learning process has to integrate it with the outside world beyond what the learner knows

The intellectual learning

Measure expects to diagram the learning system for ideal reasoning, comprehension and maintenance of what we realize. At the point when you ace the essentials of intellectual learning, it turns out to be not difficult to keep a long-lasting propensity for constant learning. Not exclusively can these techniques make you a superior student, yet they can make you bound to dominate in your calling. Gelman, R. (1978). Intellectual learning is a vivid and dynamic interaction that draws in your faculties in a valuable and enduring way. It helps you to boost your cerebrum's latent capacity and makes it simpler to interface new data with existing thoughts, extending the memory and maintenance limit Gelman, R. (1978).
Rather than stressing retention as in the conventional homeroom technique for learning, intellectual learning centers around past information. Elements as per Cognitive Learning Theory, certain thinking cycles can incite more data upkeep.  Scholarly learning is a method of finding that bright lights on more suitable use of the psyche. To understand the course of scholarly learning, know the meaning of discernment. Awareness is the mental course of gaining data and appreciation through the resources, experience and thought.

Montessori Education

I perceive Montessori education as life education. We aim to teach children the ways of learning and instill a love for education in their lives. Learning is a lifelong thing that happens in our everyday life. It is our responsibility to ensure that this happens effectively. This is made possible by motivating them through questions and enhancing their way of thinking. Through Montessori education, I think we can help children learn in the best way by first introducing them to the learning environment. We then step aside and monitor them as they learn. This may not be an easy task, but it serves them better because they discover instead of listening to teachers as they talk. Through discovery, they develop a love for learning.

Among preschoolers, the Montessori materials are essential to children because they help them order their minds. Presenting these materials to the children and watching them interact with them is a suitable method of enhancing their learning.

Montessori education is effective because it is child-centered. The theories that Montessori wrote may be helpful to children. Through the theories, we respect the position of a child and focus on what interests them the most. I basically understand Montessori education as one that positively impacts the learning in a child.

Cognitivism Theory

Is a style employed in learning and is based on helping learners maximize their brains' potentiality. It simplifies the way an individual relates new ideas and information with the already existing ones. It, therefore, enhances one's memory and the capacity to retain information. This theory of learning is very effective in the classroom setup because of the many benefits.

One thing I acknowledge about this theory is that it boosts the process of learning. In the classroom, learners can have a long-lasting process through cognitivism theory. Using the already existing knowledge they learned earlier, they can relate the new knowledge they always come across in their learning process. This facilitates the effectiveness of learning because the information known is retained for a long. Another benefit that I associate cognitivism theory with is boosting confidence among the learners. The learners boost their confidence to approach assignments and projects through vivid comprehension of new knowledge and skills.

I also believe that learning in the classroom would not be possible without the cognitivism theory because it is the only way students learn new things in the fastest way possible. Students are people who have had some experience in learning new things by attending classes every day. Using the learning methods, they applied in the previous times.
